- We recommend hand wash only for our hats, scarves and gloves.
We want to cater for all shapes and sizes and preferences of fit. Currently, the majority of our human apparel is available in XS-2XL with our newer tees ranging to 3XL.
All our products have a size guide included on their product page. Please note that these are guides only and different styles of garments do have different fits, ranging from fitted to loose to oversized.

We have a range of different suppliers from Bangladesh to USA to here in the U.K. The country of manufacturing is noted on each individual product page, as we want to be open and honest about our sourcing and processes.

For collars and leads, please only wash by hand using warm water and soap. The bandanas can be detached from the collar and washed in the washing machine.
We don't just cater for small dogs! Our sizes range from XS - XL for our clothing and XS - L for our collars. Please read our guide on how to measure your dogs to find the best size and fit.

All our products for dogs were manufactured and distributed from China. However, we are working for our future products to be sourced more locally and sustainably.
All our packaging that we use is eco-friendly and plastic free! We ship the majority of orders in paper mailing bags, which are made from sustainably sourced paper, plastic free and fully recyclable. We also ship in boxes which are made from fully recyclable cardboard. The packaging peanuts used to protect the products during transit are also biodegradable and compostable.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days, Monday to Friday. However during busier periods this may take a little longer.

We use Royal Mail for all our domestic and international shipping.
Our standard U.K. shipping is via Tracked48, which aims to deliver in 2-3 days from dispatch and is fully tracked.
We also offer express U.K. delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24, which delivers 1-2 working days from dispatch.
For Greeting Cards, we also offer a cheaper option of Royal Mail First Class letter. However, this cannot be tracked.

Yes we do! We use Royal Mail and our international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weights and shipping destination.
We do understand that this can be quite expensive as international shipping is becoming very costly. However, we do appreciative support from all our friends around the world that choose to support us :)
Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email from our carriers. We use Royal Mail as our main courier.

All order amendments must be made as soon as possible, including cancellations. Any cancellations or amendments made after dispatch may incur additional delivery charges, as explained in our T&C's.
Whilst extremely rare, we accept that mistakes do occasionally happen. Contact us using the email below with a photo and a description of the fault, and we’ll do our best to amend the situation.

- Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
- Return postage costs must be covered by the buyer: unfortunately we can no longer provide free returns and exchanges.
- The products must be in their original packaging, unworn, unused and in sellable condition. This includes having been washed.
- If you return an item outside of the 60 days of receipt or the item is not in a sellable condition, then we reserve the right to not refund the order.

Exchanges are free, but please make sure you read our T&C's as you may incur additional delivery costs if you amend after an order has shipped or need to exchange multiple times.
The process is the same as the refund policy above, and we will ship your exchanged item once the original product(s) have been returned and received.
