How do you create your products?
All our product designs have been lovingly created and designed by our team, with a little help from Frankie & Dottie. We use a mixture of Screen Printing, Embroidery and DTG (direct to garment printing), and a heat-press transfer for the neck labels in our garments.
How can I care for my clothing items?
We want you to enjoy your products for a long time! To ensure that your garments last well and keep in perfect condition, please follow this care guide:
- Wash at 30 degrees Celsius, inside out and with similar colours.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not iron over the print or embroidery.
- Do not dry clean.
- Hand wash only for our hats and dog accessories.
What clothing sizes do you offer?
All our products have a size guide included on their product page, both under the size selector and in a tab under the product description. Please note that these are guides only and different styles of garments do have different fits, ranging from fitted to loose to oversized.

Packaging & Shipping
What packaging do we use?
All our packaging that we use is eco-friendly and plastic free! We ship our items in a lightweight, weatherproof mailing bag, which is made from natural materials and fully biodegradable and compostable. Products such as our socks, mugs and dog accessories are shipped in boxes which are made from fully recyclable cardboard. The packaging peanuts used to protect the products during transit are also biodegradable and compostable.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days, however during busier periods this may take a little longer.

How do I track my order?
Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email from our carriers. We use Royal Mail as our main courier.

What payment options do I have?
We support multiple payment options for your ease, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna, and PayPal.
We also offer Apple Pay as an accelerated checkout: this bypasses our checkout system and uses your stored Apple billing and shipping details for a very speedy checkout. However, this also bypasses the option to use a discount code which is only applied at checkout.

Can I amend an existing order?
Any amendments to an order must be made within 12 hours of placing your order, including cancellations. We cannot guarantee that any requests made after this time will be accepted, as we may have already shipped your order.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Whilst extremely rare, we accept that mistakes do occasionally happen. Contact us with a photo and a description of the fault, and we’ll do our best to amend the situation.
