However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please follow the refund process below. Please note that our refund policy is valid for up to 14 days: if 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you return your order outside of this window, you will not be refunded and incur a £10 delivery charge if you wish to have your order redelivered.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that they were received.
The return process is as follows:
- Email us at jordan@frankieanddotties.co.uk to start the return or exchange process. Please note that our refund policy is valid for up to 14 days: if 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- All postage costs for the returns must be covered by the buyer: unfortunately, we can no longer provide free returns and exchanges.
- When the return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you about the approval of the return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items and the refund credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at jordan@frankieanddotties.co.uk
The process is the same as the refund policy above, and we will ship your exchanged item once the original product(s) have been returned and received by us.
Please be aware, as we are closing down, all exchange postage costs are required to be covered by the customer. Once we have received the returned product, we will issue an invoice for the replacement postage of £4, and will ship the exchanged product once this is paid.
Cancellations and amendments
If you require to cancel or amend your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you will incur an additional delivery charge of £4.
