However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please follow the refund process below. Please note that our refund policy is valid for up to 60 days: if 60 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you return your order outside of this window, you will not be refunded and incur a £10 delivery charge if you wish to have your order redelivered.

Returns

We offer free returns on all U.K. orders via Royal Mail's tracked return service when purchased through our website. Our returns portal can be found below:

 
To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that they were received. 
The return process is as follows:
  1. Visit our online returns portal within 60 days of receiving your order herePlease note that our refund policy is valid for up to 60 days: if 60 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. You must send your return to us within 14 days of creating a shipping label on our Royal Mail returns portal. If received outside of this window, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
  3. When the return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you about the approval of the return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items and the refund credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Unfortunately, all orders from outside of the U.K. must pay for the delivery costs of returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

The process is the same as the refund policy above, and we will ship your exchanged item once the original product(s) have been returned and received by us.
We will exchange your order once free of charge: any additional exchanges or a further return after an exchange will be charged at £10.
 

Cancellations and amendments

If you require to cancel or amend your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you will incur an additional delivery charge of £4.
